THE DAY COLLUSION DIED – Parody of American Pie | Don Caron {Video}

According to a new report from the New York Times, Mueller has farmed out federal indictments to the SDNY, in Manhattan, the EDNY, in Brooklyn, the EDVA in Virginia, the U.S. Attorney’s office in LA, the U.S. Attorney’s office in DC, the DOJ National Security Division, the DOJ Criminal Division.

All of Mueller’s existing indictments reside in a “presidential pardon proof” prosecutorial district as long as the charges aren’t violations against federal law. Meanwhile, the investigation has led to 199 criminal charges, 37 indictments or guilty pleas, and five prison sentences.

LYRICS TO “THE DAY COLLUSION DIED”

Two long years ago the probe began and many thought that someday it would make them smile. And those who said it had no chance were scowled upon and seen askance so desperate was the hope to see a trial.

But February made them shiver as it came clear he’d not deliver. The news that they desired was not to be acquired.

I know that many people cried when they read the news, it hurt their pride, so deeply in the pipe dream mired the day collusion died.

So bye, bye to the collusion lie, Russian Agents, Putin’s Puppet and a plot to deny. From each new event how the conjecture would fly. Can they let it go and just let it die? Let it go and just let it die.

We all know that he’s corrupt and his list of crimes is building up so I’ll just list them down below. While emoluments could’ve kicked the goal collusion was their chosen roll investigating all of it real slow.

Well, the Media then lost their mind as they blundered backward fully blind. Collusion became news, evidence not vital for clues.

The other news stories all were then chucked while collusion filled every news truck But I knew they ran out of luck the day collusion died.

But they kept singing Bye, bye he’s a Russian ally Putin Puppet, Russian agent and a treasonous spy and every day, more wacky theories would fly. Time to let it go and just let it to die. Let it go and just let it die.

Now when Mueller issued his report the media could not contort it to save face though they did try. They lost all credibility. Embarrassed is what they should be, and the damage done they cannot deny.

They gave victory to the president, validation as if heaven sent. The courtroom was adjourned, no verdict was returned. And now when he screams about fake news he’ll be correct thanks to their ruse. The “Witch Hunt” he’ll rightfully accuse the day collusion died.

‘cause they were singing Bye, bye he’s a Russian ally Putin Puppet, Russian agent and a treasonous spy And every day, more crazy theories would fly time to let it go and just let it to die. let it go and just let it die.

I met a girl who sang the blues. She asked me for some happy news. I offered but she just turned away. Those who followed actual facts instead of “liberal media” hacks would know that Mueller knew the only way.

He farmed out criminal indictments to seven districts, there’s excitement, all of them pardon-proof, not like the collusion spoof. So carefully he did anoint a prosecution starting point the outcome couldn’t disappoint the day collusion died.

Yet they’re still singing Bye, bye he’s a Russian ally Putin Puppet, Russian agent and a treasonous spy. The Russian hysteria was misplaced outcry. Time to let it go and just let it die. Let it go and just let it die.

So, bye, bye to the collusion lie, Collusion obsession-gave the press a black eye. And if they persist the damage will amplify…

Time to let it go and just let it die.

HISTORY OF THE SOURCE MATERIAL “American Pie” is a song by American singer and songwriter Don McLean. Recorded and released on the American Pie album in 1971, the single was the number-one US hit for four weeks in 1972 and also topped the charts in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. The repeatedly mentioned phrase “the day the music died” refers to the plane crash in 1959 that killed early rock and roll performers Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens. (The crash was not known by that name until after McLean’s song became a hit.) The meaning of the other lyrics has long been debated, and for decades, McLean declined to explain the symbolism behind the many characters and events mentioned. However, the overall theme of the song is the loss of innocence of the early rock and roll generation as symbolized by the plane crash that claimed the lives of three of its heroes.

Trump’s Official YouTube Channel: Watch New Video ‘Obama Knew’!

The official YouTube channel for President Donald Trump uploaded a video montage on May 1 titled “Obama Knew.”

The video features prominent Democratic lawmakers admitting that President Barack Obama did not do enough to defend against Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

“President Obama knew Russia was interfering in the 2016 election,” the video’s opening statement says. “But his team just watched it happen.”

In August 2016, Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice gave a stand-down order in response to Russian hacking attacks, according to the testimony of Michael Daniel, Obama’s cybersecurity czar.

Multiple national security officials warned the Obama administration between 2014 and 2016 that Russia was ramping up its operations to disrupt the United State political system, according to Politico. But the FBI under the Obama administration officially began investigating Russia’s efforts in late July 2016, when the bureau launched a counterintelligence probe of the Trump campaign.

Special counsel Robert Mueller took over the FBI’s investigation in May 2017 and concluded it last month. Mueller did not find sufficient evidence to show that anyone on the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.

While Mueller found no evidence of collusion, his investigators moved swiftly to expose and indict a group of Russians involved in two separate efforts by Moscow to illicitly interfere in the 2016 election.

Attorney General William Barr suggested in testimony to lawmakers on May 1 that if Obama’s FBI had moved as quickly as Mueller did to investigate Russia’s meddling, Moscow’s efforts would have been thwarted much earlier.

“The Russians have been at this for a long time in various different ways,” Barr said, adding that he was struck by how quickly Mueller moved to expose and indict the Russians.

“I was thinking to myself if that had been done starting at the beginning of 2016, we would have been a lot further along,” Barr said.

Russia’s efforts to infiltrate the United States date back decades to the time of the Soviet Union. Mueller’s report states that the specific 2016 election interference effort started as early as in 2014.

The video posted on Trump’s official YouTube channel alleges that the stand-down order was given “all to protect their disastrous Iran deal.” Russia was one of the seven nations including the United States to sign on to the Iran nuclear deal. Obama considered the deal a key foreign policy achievement. Trump pulled the United States out of the deal last year.

The video also points out that Obama told Putin at a meeting in China in September 2016 to “cut it out” after Russia was identified as the culprit behind the hacking of the Democratic National Committee server. Trump’s video charges that the warning was insufficient.

“Why didn’t President Obama do something about Russia in September (before November Election) when told by the FBI? He did NOTHING, and had no intention of doing anything!” Trump wrote on Twitter on May 1.

The president made a similar suggestion last month.

“Anything the Russians did concerning the 2016 Election was done while Obama was president. He was told about it and did nothing! Most importantly, the vote was not affected,” Trump wrote on Twitter on April 18.

The president’s repeat statements on the matter suggest he may be aware of evidence that is not yet public. Text messages between former senior FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok suggest that Obama’s White House may have been closely involved in the investigation of the Trump campaign.

On Aug. 5, 2016, days after the FBI launched the Trump-campaign probe, Strzok texted Page that “the White House is running this.” On Sept. 2, 2016,  Page wrote, “POTUS wants to know everything we’re doing.” POTUS is an acronym for president of the United States.

PROOF: RUSSIA Gave $6 Million To Top Trump-Russia Conspiracy Theorist, Democrat Sen. Mark Warner, In 2012

Virginia Democratic Senator and #1 Trump-Russia conspiracy theorist and ranking member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Mark Warner,  made more than $6 million from Russian tech company Yandex in 2012, representing almost 10% of his entire $80 million net worth, according to the Christian Science Monitor. The revelation further calls into question Warner’s role in the ongoing witch hunt for President Trump’s Russian connections.

As far as we know, President Donald J. Trump has made 0% of his net worth from Russian companies. Maybe Warner should investigate his own ties to Russia.

Virginia Democratic Senator Mark Warner, the , is blocking the White House from appointing a Treasury Department official to oversee financial crimes committed by terrorists.

Warner, worth over $80 million, is one of the Senate’s richest members.

Yandex, based in Moscow, is the largest search engine in Russia. Russia’s social policies around gender, as well as its backing of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Crimean secession, have proved enormously controversial among Democrats.

Warner won’t allow the appointment of the Treasury Department anti-terror nominee, Sigal Mandelker, to proceed until the Intelligence Committee can examine the finances of former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort, former adviser Roger Stone, former national security adviser Michael Flynn, and ex-foreign policy adviser Carter Page.

“Until we get their documents,” Warner said Wednesday, “I’m not going to support the administration’s nominee for undersecretary of Treasury finance, for terrorism and finance, because they owe us these documents first.”

Here is Warner’s most recent annual financial disclosure statement cover sheet.

The Apples and Oranges (pun intended) of the Trump / Nixon Rhetoric of the Leftists, and the Real Reason he was fired…

It’s like comparing World War II to an exhibition baseball game. Apples and oranges don’t do justice to how different these two situations are.

The ink was not yet dry on President Donald Trump’s statement announcing the dismissal of when political opponents began drawing comparisons to President Richard Nixon’s infamous “Saturday Night Massacre.”

Comparisons between Nixon and Trump are already numerous, from commentators ranging from Carl Bernstein to Stephen Colbert. The Late Show has even joked that Trump receives social-media counseling from Nixon’s ghost. But Nixon came from a different time and governed a very different America. Therefore, until the Watergate scandal really became critical in early 1973, Nixon’s presidency went very differently from the way Donald Trump’s has so far, reflecting key differences between that time and this one.

With the Watergate investigation closing in on him, Nixon in October 1973 fired his attorney general and deputy attorney general before he found an official willing to ax the special prosecutor who was investigating the Democratic Party headquarters break-in.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N-Y.) argued that is analogous to Trump’s dismissal of Obama administration holdover Yates for ordering Justice Department lawyers not to defend the president’s executive order freezing the refugee program and travel from seven terrorism-compromised countries.

“We had a Monday night massacre,” he declared. “James Comey, a person of great integrity who follows the law, was fired.”

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) drew the same conclusion, confirming that she voted against the confirmation of Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) to be the attorney general. She praised Comey arguing that it took guts.

“That statement took a steel spine to stand up and say, ‘no,’” she said. “It took the courage of [Nixon Attorney General] Elliot Richardson and [Nixon Deputy Attorney General] William Ruckelshaus to stand up to President Nixon. That is what an FBI director must be willing and able to do.”

But legal experts noted Tuesday that Nixon was trying to obstruct a criminal investigation in which he was implicated, while Trump simply removed an insubordinate political appointee from the previous administration.

“There’s no comparison at all,” said Peter Flaherty, president of the National Legal and Policy Center. “This Justice official was insubordinate and should have been fired.”

Andrew McCarthy, who served as lead prosecutor on several high-profile terrorism cases in Manhattan in the 1990s, agreed. “To my mind, he should have been escorted out of the building,” he said.

“It’s like comparing World War II to an exhibition baseball game,” he said. “Apples and oranges don’t do justice to how different these two situations are.”

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said Comey acted for clearly personal and political reasons.

“Trump’s move was an anti-corruption move,” he said. “It’s the exact opposite of what Nixon did … This is exactly what we need more of.”

Flaherty said former President Obama almost certainly would have taken the same action against a holdover from his predecessor’s administration. And the holdover official likely would have been “vilified,” not praised in the media, he said.

“It underscores the problem, to me, just how much trouble the media is having covering President Trump,” he said.

A man who played a role in Nixon’s downfall, Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein, also threw cold water on the “Saturday Night Massacre” storyline.

“There’s a big difference because the ‘Saturday Night Massacre’ was really about firing the attorney general when Nixon was the target of an investigation and was actively obstructing justice,” he told “CNN Tonight” on Wednesday. “The president is within his rights here to fire the FBI director, that he has that ability.”

For Democrats hoping for fissures between Trump and the GOP majority in Congress, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) stomped out that bit of wishful thinking.

“What is happening is something that we support, which is, we need to pause and we need to make sure that the vetting standards are up to snuff so that we can guarantee the safety and security of our country,” he told reporters at a Capitol Hill news conference on Tuesday. “That is what this does. We want this goal to be achieved.”

A letter obtained by NBC News from Trump to Comey states the president had been advised by administration officials to remove the FBI head.

“I have received the attached letters from the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of the United States recommending your dismissal as the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I have accepted their recommendation and you are hereby terminated and removed from office, effective immediately,” Trump told Comey.

“While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau.”

“It is essential that we find new leadership for the FBI that restores public trust and confidence in its vital law enforcement mission.”

In a memorandum written by newly confirmed Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, numerous reasons are given for Comey’s dismissal.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said he’s seen no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, accusing Democrats of pushing a “huge myth.”

Paul said Democrats will now clamor for a special prosecutor to look into the matter following the firing of FBI Director James Comey.

“I don’t think there have been any facts presented that anybody broke the law. … I don’t think there’s any evidence that anybody broke the law,” he said on “Fox & Friends” today.

Paul said he has not even heard an “accusation” on what crime Democrats believe may have been committed.

“[Democrats] were for getting rid of Comey too, but now they’re gonna say it’s all about this Russia investigation, which hasn’t produced one iota of evidence,” said Paul.

He said Comey’s firing “could not happen soon enough,” calling out Democrats for criticizing the move despite previously declaring they had lost faith in Comey after his handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Which brings us to the most important underlying reason for the dismissal…

Jill Stein Announces Her Choice of Trump Over Clinton; She Will Start Nuclear War With Russia {VIDEO}

Green party presidential candidate Jill Stein says Donald Trump is less scary on foreign wars, because he wants to work with Russia.

JILL STEIN: It’s important to look at where we are going. It’s not just a moment in time, but where has the strategy of voting for the lesser evil you will taken us? All these times you have been told to but for the lesser evil because you didn’t want the wars, or the meltdown of the climate, or the offshoring of our jobs, or the attack on immigrants or the massive bailout for Wall Street, that is actually what we have gotten. By the droves.

Because we with public interest allow ourselves to be silent and voted for the lesser evil. But the lesser evil doesn’t solve the problem.

The Obama administration, even with both houses of Congress, actually did all of these fossil fuel emissions. “All of the above” gave us some renewable energy but it completely amplified and intensified our film production, which has been incredibly destructive to the climate.

The wars have gotten bigger, we are not bombing seven countries.

It is important to not just look at the rhetoric but also look at the track record and the reality is the lesser people and greater people is a race to the bottom, and even Donald Trump in the right wing extremism grows out of the policies of the Clintons, in particular Nafta, which sent our jobs overseas and Wall Street deregulation, which blew 9 million jobs up into smoke.

That is what is creating this right wing extremism. A vote for Hillary Clinton isn’t going to fix it…

It is now Hillary Clinton that wants to start an air war with Russia over Syria by calling for a no fly zone.

We have 2000 nuclear missiles on hair trigger alert. They are saying we are closer to a nuclear war than we have ever been.

Under Hillary Clinton, we could slide into nuclear war very quickly from her declared policy in Syria.

I sure won’t sleep well at night if Donald Trump is elected, but I sure won’t sleep well at night if Hillary Clinton elected. We have another choice other than these two candidates who are both promoting lethal policies.

On the issue of war and nuclear weapons, it is actually Hillary’s policies which are much scarier than Donald Trump who does not want to go to war with Russia.

He wants to seek modes of working together, which is the route that we need to follow not to go into confrontation and nuclear war with Russia.
