As you can clearly see in this slow motion video, Mr. Lewandowski had been separated from Mr. Trump and was trying to get back to his position when Ms. Fields stepped into his path, blocking him. He simply tried to move her aside instead of knocking her down. Nothing happened with intent, she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

If that is battery then you better start arresting Walmart shoppers on a regular basis! This is nothing but a trumped-up charge driven by political bias. A simple grab will get you a simple charge in Florida, if the law is on the side of the wrong people!
This newly released video makes it pathetically obvious. In it you can see that, contrary to her story, he did NOT come from behind and “throw her down!” She didn’t even wince when the alleged assault happened. In fact she looked at him as he touched her and when she realized who it was, grinned before she caught herself! Another target for false allegations as she is well known for!
And another video has now been released showing Fields being told by Secret Service to leave the area beforehand. She hangs back for a bit, then blatantly crosses the previously forbidden line to gain access to Trump. This is the video that got the case dismissed in court.
Lewandowski was charged with grabbing and bruising the arm (lower forearm) of Michelle Fields, a former reporter at Breitbart, during a campaign event on March 8th.
Testimony from the Secret Service has now verified that she was warned twice (“She crossed in between agents and our protectee after being told not to do so,”) not to touch Trump, and that her upper are was the part that was grabbed, not down by her wrist, as the that she published claimed.
By the way if you look at previous photos of her in the media you will see VERY obvious moles that has mysteriously appeared the “evidence” photo.

After examining the evidence, Jupiter, Florida, police determined that probable cause existed to charge Corey Lewandowski, who has served as Trump’s top political aide for his entire presidential run. Police on Tuesday morning issued Lewandowski a notice to appear before a judge on May 4 for the charge, which carries up to a year in jail.
The investigating officer described the investigation of the incident:
“On March 12, 2016, I obtained video footage from Trump Security at Trump National in Jupiter. I specifically obtained vide from the ballroom the night and time in question. The video parallels what Fields told me, in that Trump was walking towards the exit of the ballroom, taking questions, and signing autographs. Fields is seen on video, holding her phone up to Trump, appearing to ask him a question. Trump had looked in her direction and then Lewandowski extended his left arm out, stepping between Trump and another male subject believed to be U.S. Secret Service. After extending his arm out, Lewandowski appeared to reach for Field’s left arm with his left hand, allowing him to get closer to Fields.
Lewandowski then grabbed Fields left arm with his right hand, causing her to turn and step back. This motion cleared a path for Lewandowski to past Fields, allowing him to “catch up” and get closer to Trump, who was walking during this entire incident.
Based on the above-described investigation, probably cause exists to charge Corey Lewandowski, DOB 9/18/1973, with (1) count of simple battery in that he did intentionally touch Michelle Fields, DOB 01/10/1988, against the will of Michelle Fields.”

Yes, he did move her aside to keep from knocking her down when she stepped directly in his path! The was no time frame for her to “object” to qualify it as against her will!

On January 27th of this year The New York Times published a scathing editorial, cleverly disguised as a “news article”, trashing Trump for saying that something was rotten in Brussels.
The NYT, and the offended countries should now admit that they should have taken Donald’s warning seriously, not as a insult to their egos.

For Belgians, already reeling from recent terrorist plots and a chronically dysfunctional government, Mr. Trump’s words were enough to induce a fit of pique worthy, in some cases, of Mr. Trump himself.
Before long, the hashtag #hellhole was gaining traction on Twitter as Belgians lashed out at Mr. Trump, deploying an arsenal of insults, irony and humor, including images of Belgium’s beloved beer and chocolate.
One Twitter user posted a picture of Mr. Trump with what appeared to be a Belgian waffle stuffed in his mouth.
“This is my hellhole,” Joseph Lemaire, a Brussels-based public relations consultant, posted on Twitter, along with several photos, including one showing the capital’s central square, the Grand Place or Grote Markt, which is flanked by stately 17th-century buildings from the city’s prosperous mercantile days.
Another Twitter user, called BerlayCat, posted an image of a gang of cats playing the drums in the Grand Place. “This is not Brussels hellhole,” the user wrote — a reference to “This Is Not a Pipe,” the title of a painting by the Belgian Surrealist master René Magritte.
A Twitter user using the name Berlaymonster (Berlaymont is the headquarters complex of the European Commission in Brussels) posted what appeared to be a modified version of the Wikipedia entry for Dante’s “Inferno.” The list of chapters showed Limbo, Lust and Gluttony. The fourth chapter? Brussels.

Belgium has come under scrutiny for failing to tame growing radicalization. Éric Zemmour, a French writer, recently suggested in an interview that rather than bombing the Islamic State’s self-declared capital of Raqqa, Syria, France should bomb Molenbeek, the working-class district in Brussels where several of the Paris attackers lived.
Most Belgian officials reacted with quiet defiance. “We don’t react to Mr. Trump’s comments,” the office of Mayor Yvan Mayeur of Brussels said in an email. “Have a nice day.”

Jean-Philippe Schreiber, a historian at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, said Mr. Trump was stirring up xenophobia. Brussels has its problems, he added, but Mr. Trump’s “hyperbolic” comments were not worthy of a response.
Indeed, Belgians could be forgiven for their sense of wounded pride. First, there is the beer, the galaxy of Michelin starred-restaurants, and a thriving design and art scene. Brussels also hosts its beloved Manneken Pis, a 17th-century bronze statue of a little boy urinating.

The union for the 18,000 men and women who patrol America’s border has praised Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as the “only candidate” who supports their thankless work.
A statement from Art Del Cueto, president of Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council, said the union has a long-standing practice of not endorsing any presidential candidates, but wanted to make clear that Trump has a different perspective from other candidates.
“The National Border Patrol Council and Local 2544 are pleased to inform voters that Mr. Trump is the only candidate that has publicly expressed his support of our mission and our Agents,” the union statement said. “He has been an outspoken candidate on the need for a secure border and for this we are grateful.”
“The American public has continually called for a secure border and Donald Trump has promised to make this desire a reality,” the statement said, adding that the Trump campaign had asked about getting the perspective of a border patrol agent and taking a tour of the border, something the union would be pleased to do. “Donald Trump is the only candidate who has expressed this interest.”
“We are confident that the National Border Patrol Council’s longstanding message about the unsecured border and much needed support for our agents will be received well by Mr. Trump. The American public deserves to be secure in their own country and we encourage all voters to consider that candidate that has the political will to make it happen,” the statement said.
Trump also has the support of Maricopa County (Ariz.) Sheriff Joe Arpaio, famous for his tough stance against illegal immigration. “He produces results,” Arpaio said in his endorsement of Trump.

You talk about demanding accountability for Fast and Furious, but nothing happens.

You talk and talk and talk about taking care of our veterans, but you do little or nothing.
You watch our failed education system waste more and more tax dollars while turning out the dumbest kids on Earth, and you do nothing.

You know damn well Obama’s raw deal with Iran was the act of a madman, but you stand by as if you are helpless.

The famous, or, according to some, infamous TRUMP red logo.
The Wollman Rink incident undescores the fascinating impact that Donald Trump is making on the political landscape and the American psyche irrespective of the outcome of the presidential campaign. Wollman Skating Rink today is one of the most iconic amenities for New Yorkers and tourists located in Central Park just a stone’s throw north of the Plaza Hotel (which was once owned by Donald Trump).

Having fallen into utter disrepair during the New York City fiscal crisis, unable to make ice, the city’s Parks Department embarked on a total refurbishment of the facility in 1980, estimating it would take two years to complete. After six years and having flushed $13 million down the drain, the city announced they would have to start all over again and it would another two years to complete. Wollman Rink had quite visibly failed. The Wollman Rink fiasco amplified the public perception of the general incompetence of government and their inability to complete even the simplest projects.
Enter the Donald. In late May of 1986 the 39 year-old Trump made an offer to Mayor Ed Koch. Trump would step in and take over the construction and operation of the project for no profit and have it up and running in time for the holiday season. Koch tried mightily and quite snakily tried to reject Trump’s offer. A very public Trump-Koch feud ensued; Donald ultimately prevailed taking on the responsibility to finish the rink in less than six months for no more than $3 million. The city politicos could only hope that when Donald failed it would divert attention from their own incompetence.
Instead of failing, Trump finished the job in just four months at a final cost 25% below the budget. It wasn’t rocket science according Trump. It was common sense and “management.” But the incident also demonstrated Trump’s mastery andcommand of public relations and how to attract massive amounts of free press.
Trump learned that the press likes drama and extremes–positive or negative–and was hungry for every morsel about this otherwise insignificant project. Any milestone of the project’s progress resulted in press conferences often ceremony, pomp and circumstance and was frequently celebrity-filled. When concrete was laid: press conference. Construction complete: press conference. The first ice: press conference. The Grand Opening included Dick Button, Peggy Fleming and Scott Hamilton to name a few. Everything became an event and free promotion. City officials stopped attending press conference because it was actually becoming an embarrassment. The rink which had been a perpetual money loser started making money immediately which Trump donated to charity.
Mitt Romney told a small group of wealthy contributors what he truly thinks of all the voters of America. He dismissed these Americans as “freeloaders who pay no taxes, who don’t assume responsibility for their lives, and who think government should take care of them.”

In an interview with Breitbart News Daily host and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon, Pat Caddell ,Democrat, flashed back to Romney’s infamous “47 percent” gaffe while discussing Trump’s response to questions from CNN’s Jake Tapper about an endorsement from KKK figure David Duke.
Trump’s confused answer sparked a media firestorm from his critics, despite his multiple disavowals of the KKK figure. The GOP frontrunner later claimed that he was given a “very bad earpiece” and could not clearly hear Tapper’s questions.
Romney took to Twitter to blast Trump’s answer to Tapper, calling it “disqualifying & disgusting.”
Commenting on Trump’s interview with Tapper, Caddell said, “I look at that tape over again, and I see it and I go: There’s a tired guy and he says he has a bad earpiece and he’s doing six interviews back to back — which is why you shouldn’t do the Sunday shows because none of the people watching them are going to be for you, and you’re just going to be prosecuted on most of them.”
Caddell explained that the GOP establishment is on the attack now because they are finally awake to the threat of the populist movement taking hold of the GOP primary race.

Firstly why I don’t like Trump. Trump’s entire life, “appears to be” about creating the “iconic assets” he loves to brag about, endlessly. I’m of the opinion that were all Trump’s iconic assets to vaporize, the world would not have lost much. The value of those assets are built upon brand name and hype, pride and prestige, what the Holy father’s call, “the pride of life” the endless search for the “best of the best” the “most luxurious of the most luxurious.” So for me, who could be happy in a monk’s cell, with soup twice a day, and nothing to read but ancient books, all that fad, and chasing after the almighty buck, that Trump’s life and the “The Apprentice” represented, to me is foolishness. Why? because I have ingrained in my soul the words, “what profit is it, if a man gains the entire world, and loses his own soul?” The conclusion I have to draw is that Donald Trump must be a better man than me, because he has gained a great portion of “the world,” i.e. luxurious living, beautiful women, massive wealth etc., etc., and has not lost his soul. At the pinnacle of his power and wealth he turned and looked at his suffering country and suffering countrymen, and instead of saying, “Pitiful for them, I’ve got mine” or “Someone needs to do something” he realized that all that work and accumulation of wealth meant that he WAS someone, someone placed in a position with wealth and power to do something, and he immediately started sacrificing to try and save the country he loves.
Trump realized that he existed outside of the Control Mechanism, created by the Globalists, accurately described here by Harvard Professor of Law and Ethics, Dr Lessig.
When Trump entered the race, my immediate and gut instinct as a political wonk was to attack him like everyone else was attacking him. But I didn’t. I spent a week, maybe two in silence about him, though he was the hottest topic of conversation on the Web. I kept thinking about the path of his life, and all I could hear was the words of my late Orthodox Christian mentor and confessor,“We know that we are not all to go by the same worldly way because He has told us that, . . .we must learn not to judge. People are seldom as good at that as they think, and not always anxious to learn better. But the Lord may have something worldly He wants us to do, and we should always be ready to learn that or to tolerate it in others.” I had to question if Donald Trump’s pursuit of mega wealth might not have been his “vocation” with as much and more meaning than my “vocation,” a worldly path with “purpose.”
In the middle of the night, a line in a very old movie, reminded me of Donald Trump. “What good is making a name for yourself all over the world, if you cannot make that name mean something.” The import in the movie was making the name have moral value and a force for the good. Trump’s actions have proved that he understands that making Billions is one thing, making those billions COUNT, giving them MEANING more than “the pride of life” something King Solomon bemoaned, is something else.
By the way, a 100th of the wealth Trump has accumulated would have been enough to DESTROY a person of average character and discipline. My God, just look at the statistics of Lottery winners, and entertainment celebrities. For them success is often a death sentence because they lack character enough to be self-disciplined.
Upon reflection I had to realize that the discipline I feign to muster, that of a monk’s cell and humble food and clothing, would in fact be much less than the discipline Trump has exercised for the last two decades, post Marla Maples days. He testified to having witnessed the seeds of self destruction in himself at that time, and adjusting. Seeing his well adjusted adult children and his and their collective work ethic, inside the confines of that great luxury, it would take a fool not to realize that represents the character capable of self discipline, MORE than I posses, more than most posses.
On a gut level, on a personality level, I don’t like Trump because he reminds me of every fast talking New York con man that migrated south and thought he was smarter than all the “hillbillies and rednecks” in his life, and thought that he was going to make a fortune off their “slowness,” only to be bested and humiliated by those “hillbillies and rednecks” whose thought processes were faster and wiser than his mouth. The persona is so stereotyped in my experience, that truthfully, I had never given thought to the possibility that one of these fast talking B.S. artists might actually be intelligent, and capable of telling the truth. Yet . . . When Trump speaks something is happening.
That fast talking, half sentence, CONSTANT digression of thought, that is the hallmark of any Trump talk, that is longer than a soundbite, GRATES on me. Yet, every digression finds its object, seconds or minutes later and you discover that he is speaking not merely in linear thought, but literally weaving a tapestry, painting a picture always LARGER than the words he speaks. I’ve come to call itsymphonic speaking or weaving a web.
It is the reason none of the other candidates can touch him, because they are scripted, they have to remember which lies they are supporting and denying today, different than yesterday, different than last week, why they have voted for and against everything. So every line is carefully written by “experts” who have “focus group tested them” . . . carefully composed one dimensional linear SOLO lines, when Trump is speaking from the heart with “uuuuuuuuuuge” intelligence, with the impromptu multiplicity and complexity of JAZZ. What seems casually improvised is in fact, very complex, multi-rhythm, polyphonic three dimensional picture images, . . .symphonic speak, flashing into the hearer’s consciousness multi-pictures a minute. People walk away from his speeches SEEING what he has to say.
IT would not be possible to speak in such a way, were his subconscious mind, busy remembering the necessary LIES to protect and/or promoted. This use of the mental processes has to be natural and true, or it would expose itself in a mis-woven tapestry, and would quickly degenerate into conflicting idiocy.
Example: One of these New York B.S. artists showed up in my favorite hardware store in the early 1970s. When he discovered I was a railroad engineer, he told me this story about witnessing a derailment and the engines plowing hundreds of yards through a cornfield, throwing ears of corn high in the air. I asked, “I wonder why the engine didn’t mire up in the dirt?” He answered “it was during a drought.” I said, “even at that a million plus pound engine will dig a hole and stop.” He said, “But it was so cold, the ground froze so hard the engine would not sink.” If you are smart enough to understand the import of this little silly example you are not wasting your time reading. If you don’t get, you might as well stop reading.
I never watched even a moment of Trump’s show, “The Apprentice” not a single moment. All I know about it is from occasionally seeing some 30 second promotion of the show with the mute on. I am NOT a fan. But I did read the Art of the Deal, and quit halfway through, realizing that Trump had merely applied the wisdom of Sun Tsu’s the Art of War, simply modernizing its concepts for the modern business world. And that was BRILLIANT!
This leads me to the conclusion that as a strategist, both in political maneuvering in the domestic realm and the international realm, any man conversant with Sun Tsu has a leg up, and will be a brilliant strategist and commander if needed.
Do I have to like the “to me” abrasive Donald J Trump to STRONGLY support him? work for his campaign? and vote for him? Of course not. I am looking for QUALIFICATIONS, not “niceness.” Niceness is NOT a qualification – though in the P.C. world, lots of people have been dumbed-down to think so. Come on let us face it, Jimmy Carter was the nicest and worst president in American History until Obama. At which time Obama became the nastiest most divisive and by a magnitude of WORSE broke Carter’s record. So the competence of the man is not controlled by a level of nice, but by a cunningly intelligent mind, versed in the Art of the Deal, and the Art of War and the strength of character to create self-discipline and dedicated WORK ethic. Donald Trump IS this and has the energy but also the self-discipline to protect his own health, for the long haul. If you put this voice to Trump’s words, would they seem more true to you?
Why is VOTING for Trump so very important? First let us put it in the negative so you can see how many candidates fit these negatives, wear the negatives, hold these negatives as part of their history.
